Product Description

Automatic Plastic PVC 4 Outlet Conduit Pipe Making Machine

Application:
The PVC Four Cavity Electrical Tube, water supply pipe extrusion production line can extrude four pipes at same time on one production line. This line can save invested cost in facotry building and production, which could increase the pipe output and reduce production period.

SJSZ65 Conical twin-screw extruder can easily reach 5.5-6 ton/day, the production speed is very high, for 16mm pvc pipe can reach maximum 8-10m/min.

The whole line is composed of conical twin screw extruder of 65mm, four cavities PVC pipe extrusion mold, four cavity cooling calibration tank, four station haul off and cutting macine, four station stacker.
